This is a short scarf / neck warmer that has been crocheted with a blended super kid mohair and silk yarn, the colouring for which was designed by Kaffe Fassett. The piece is made by crocheting ever increasing stitch repetitions in 3 rows on either side of the starting chain, which gives a lovely flouncy corkscrew effect.
A really warm scarf that would look great under a dark winter coat, a good way to add a pop of colour without adding lots of extra bulk.
