Description

Every organised woman has the wherewithall within her handbag to sew on a button or make a quick running repair in an emergency while travelling.  Not every woman keeps this wherewithall in a pretty sewing case!

This sewing case is hand stitched using a pretty linen / cotton mixed fabric with pages of wool mix felt in the centre for needles and pins.  The button is coconut shell, the fixing loop is crocheted gold lurex to add a touch of bling, the case is softly padded and there is a little embroidery inside.

I’ve added a few stitching essentials to get you started: a pair of mini scissors, some pretty heart shaped long dressmaker’s pins, safety pins, three buttons and three needles, pre-threaded with black, red and white.  I’ve also added ribbon bands and little pockets front and back so that you can add in your own extra equipment.
