Coin purse made with the cutest Kokka bunnies fabric outer, cherry red or silver blue interior, and a hand stitched silver colour frame

This little coin purse might just be the perfect gift for a little girl in love with bunnies, and maybe little boys too! It’s also a great way to wrap up a money or gift card for a birthday or holiday, or just somewhere to store little treasures.

The name of this print is ‘Marshmallow and Glitter’, which really says it all! The background is a subtle pinky shade and there are highlights of silver metallic dotted around the print. It’s a substantial cotton, but I’ve also lined it with a layer of woven cotton for extra strength and some soft fleece to give a puffy effect that feels nice in your hand. The inside of the purse can be lined with either a cherry red cotton, or a pale blue Essex Linen with silver metallic threads, and is also interfaced with woven cotton.

The engraved metal frame of the purse is a silver colour to pick up those metallic glitter dots, and I’ve hand stitched it into place using a toning perle cotton.

The purse measures 8cm (3.25 inches) across at the mid part of the frame and 12cm (4.75 inches) at the widest point, at the bottom, where I’ve boxed off the corners to give a little depth to the purse of 3cm (1.25 inch). It stands 9cm (3.5 inches) tall and is large enough to carry a few cards as well as cash, if you want to.
