This flat bottomed and straight sided zippered pouch can be used for all kinds of things. It makes a pretty make-up or cosmetics bag, or could be used as a larger pencil case or for carrying around small craft projects and / or accessories.
The pouch is made with lovely quality cotton fabrics and I’ve softly padded the outer with fleece interlining. The feature fabric on this bag is the Rosa print from the Les Fleurs collection by Rifle Paper Company for Cotton and Steel – a really pretty rose print in gorgeous shades of pinks and blues. I make this bag in two colours – one has a navy background and is lined with a rose pink cotton, and the other has a paler blue background and blue lining. Both have internal slip pockets and quality YKK zip in a toning shade.
Because of the boxy construction of the bag and the quality interlining, it will happily stand up on its own – REALLY helpful when you’re doing your make-up and just want to reach into the open bag without having to look and scrabble around.
Measurements: 11cm (4.25 inches) high, 22cm (8.5 inches) wide and 7cm (2.75 inches) deep.
