wraparound Tilda

Description

This is a ‘non-play with’ decorative type doll known as a ‘Tilda doll’ created by the Norwegian designer Tone Finnanger.  These  figures serve no other purpose than to look lovely and complement your decor.  You can sit them on a window sill, a piece of furniture or a shelf – anywhere they can get a bit of a lean on – or you could display them using figure stands that can be bought online (or made quite easily for the more adventurous amongst you!).

The figure is stuffed with a high loft fire retardant polyester stuffing and is made from a linen / cotton blend cloth.  She is 68.5 cms from tip to toe.

We can make the dress from any of the fabrics shown here – you choose which you prefer (each print is shown with a 5p piece so you can better judge the pattern size).  The pants will be made from a suitable plain coloured contrasting fabric.  You also have a choice of hair colour.
