bias beanie

Description

This is a seamless little beanie designed to be a close fit for an adult with an average size head (between 53 and 58 cms or 21 and 23 inches).  It is totally unisex, although I accept that the pink colour choice might have limited appeal to men.

The yarn used is a blend of baby alpaca and merino wool – lovely and soft.  I knitted one of these for my husband a couple of years ago and it has washed brilliantly – no shrinkage (obviously using a wool wash setting) and no pilling.  Best of all, no whinging from husband as there is no hint of itchiness from this yarn.
